This course offers a comprehensive overview of the "body of knowledge" an individual should possess to be a competent appraiser.Weeks of appraisal coursework are condensed into two and one-half days for the appraiser who may sit for their state appraisal exam. The class can also be used as a great review for the practicing appraiser.
