Want to get on the FHA Appraisal Roster? Expand
your clientele base and get approved to prepare FHA appraisals. State certified or
licensed real estate appraisers who have 2,000 hours or more of appraisal experience and
are familiar with FHA's requirements via HUD Publication 4150.1 are eligible for placement
on FHA's Roster.
The seminar is a concentrated session addressing
such topics as: FHA minimum property standards for existing construction, considerations
for proposed and under construction appraisals (including how to complete the
environmental checklist form), what are valuation conditions (repairs & other
conditions of appraisal), what are reasons to reject a property (list given to attendees),
how to complete the appraisal report per FHA standards, how to complete the property
re-inspection report, reconsiderations, billing information, and much other material.
