FHA Exam Prep Session

All appraisers must pass the FHA exam to get on the FHA Roster. The
exam's failure rate is high. The same instructor who developed and
teaches the highly successful MO Appraiser Exam Prep Session teaches
this seminar. Students will receive a study guide and copy of FHA's
4150.2 publication.
FHA wants their Roster Appraisers to possess a body of knowledge regarding the
expectations in completing:
- the physical inspection of a property,
- the proper use of their forms and knowledge of their 4150.2 HUD Handbook,
- the valuation of the property, and
- the written appraisal report.
This seminar will review the technical knowledge needed by the FHA appraiser. Two
hundred "questions" (no answers) have been released by FHA for possible
inclusion in their fifty question exam. This seminar will include a review of the
"answers" to these questions.
