This seminar identifies the important components in the cost approach (site valuation, building cost new and depreciation estimate) that often lack sufficient market support.  Seminar attendees will derive site valuations, building cost new and depreciation estimates. 

Common problems encountered in developing the cost approach are identified and discussed.  Several problems and a case study will be completed by all.
