This is the National USPAP Course developed by the Appraisal Foundation and taught by our nationally accredited USPAP instructor.

To become a state licensed or certified appraiser all states require everyone take a two day Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) course. This course satisfies that requirement.

The course is designed to provide a comprehensive review of the entire current publication of USPAP. The preamble, rules, definitions, ten standards, statements, and advisory opinions are all reviewed. The development and function of the Appraisal Foundation and its two boards: Appraisal Standards Board (ASB) and the Appraiser Qualification Board (AQB), Title XI of FIRREA and the Missouri and Kansas Real Estate Appraiser's laws are all discussed.
