Architectural style:  Per USPAP, an appraiser is expected to competently describe the improvements she/he has been asked to appraise.  Clients, today more than ever, are expecting the appraiser to correctly identify the residence’s architectural style in the architectural style Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD) fields on the UAD appraisal forms.  This seminar will ultimately provide the appraiser the needed information to answer those questions with confidence and competency.
