This course offers a comprehensive overview of the "body of knowledge" an individual should possess to be a competent appraiser.
Weeks of appraisal coursework are condensed into two and one-half days for the appraiser who may sit for their state appraisal exam. The class can also be used as a great review for the practicing appraiser.

The class will review:
I. Appraisal definitions, concepts, principles, and market analysis
II. Legal considerations
III. Highest & best use, valuation process
IV. Three approaches to value:
     a. Sales comparison approach
     b. Cost approach
     c. Income approach
         • GRM technique and Direct & Yield Capitalization will be reviewed
V. Final reconciliation
VI. Valuation of Partial Interest & Appraisal Math
VII. USPAP
